The ranking system will be composed of several main rules. The ranking system in Tis can be compared to the ranking system used in the army. Promotions will be awarded to members based on their contributions in two categories. The first of which being their skills in-game. The other being said member's contributions to the clan. Rank promotions can be awarded by senior officers.
Junior officers will composed of the ranks Sergeant(Sgt) to Lieutenant(Lt). Senior officers will be composed of the ranks Second Lieutenant(2LT) to Colonel(COL). Junior officers will have the opportunity to become administrators on the Tis clan servers. Those who become a senior officer will be able to gain moderation power and have the ability to become a division leader.
The awarding of ranks will be done by Tis Super Admins(GEN and above) at the start of each month. In a new thread in the Promotions
Sub Forum.
The demotion of members will be based on their failure to follow the rules of Tis and/or other actions deemed inappropriate by the administration. When members of Tis join they agree to follow the rules of the Tis clan. The breakage of a rule will be followed by a email to the member warning them, and explain what they did. Members will be given three warnings. Upon reaching the third warning, they will be put up for demotion. Also any member who doesn't not wear their appropriate badge or impersonates an officer will be automatically put up for demotion.
The administrators of Tis will have the rank of Brigadier General(BG) to Lieutenant General(LTG). Administrators have a varying level authority in Tis. They also will have some limited administration powers on the forums And servers.
The General of the Army(GOA), like in the United States Military, is the highest officer rank in Tis. They have full admin powers on the forums as well as in any game server of Tis. This prestigious rank in Tis, will only be given to original Founders of the clan.
They are both feared and respected.
And also fall into the class of "SuperAdmin" along with the rank of General(Gen).
